During this time we will be moving any legacy web hosting customers to our new platform, we have scheduled this under short notice as our current provider (we are moving to our own hosted web servers) is increasingly unstable.

You may experience a brief drop in website connectivity whilst we move your service and nameservers to our new platform.

The following IPs will now be utilized.

    da01.webhostingserver.uk (46.202.82.10) - ns1

    ns2.webhostingserver.uk (46.202.82.11) - ns2

From the week commencing 16th December we plan to build our new 10gb network based in our Newcastle, UK datacentre.

At this moment in time no services will be affected by this as this is a brand new network with new equipment completely dedicated to the new services.

Any services on the new-to-be legacy hardware will be automatically migrated (you may experience downtime due to new IP addresses) and a notification will be sent out when we do this.

The new network will be fully owned by us including all the hardware that will be utilized for this (we will send any update photos for this).

We will also inform you of the proper date and time we aim to have this build started and will inform when this will be completed.

Partial Outage.

After extensive testing and reconfiguration we are now closing this fault as we have announced it. The issue was with routing on our core router and have now resolved this via a software change.

In order to prevent this from ever happening again, we will be shortly starting building work on our custom 10 gigabit ISP in order to have full control of our network.

This will allow us to fully monitor all components of the system alongside let us have granular control over our infrastructure.

We hope to commence this build work for our network from the Saturday 28th December 2024 and hope to migrate all of our service + introduce new services (this will be a separate announcement).

We do apologies for the delay and inconvenience of today's outage and we are migrating all of the services to new hardware.

During the time specified our ISP that provides our internet backhaul for our Voice and hosting services (excluding web hosting) is performing some emergency maintenance on their equipment. Some downtime may occur between 00:01 and 06:00 but we do not expect for this outage to effect us.

We still however, wanted to alert you of this maintenance period just in case this does affect our services.
