After extensive testing and reconfiguration we are now closing this fault as we have announced it. The issue was with routing on our core router and have now resolved this via a software change.
In order to prevent this from ever happening again, we will be shortly starting building work on our custom 10 gigabit ISP in order to have full control of our network.
This will allow us to fully monitor all components of the system alongside let us have granular control over our infrastructure.
We hope to commence this build work for our network from the Saturday 28th December 2024 and hope to migrate all of our service + introduce new services (this will be a separate announcement).
We do apologies for the delay and inconvenience of today's outage and we are migrating all of the services to new hardware.
